  • Safecall the multi-lingual whistle-blowing hotline is now available across all our sites, both in the UK and Romania and is open to all stakeholders to use

  • We have joined SEDEX as AB members at Group level to provide transparency and help ensure we are taking proper care of our workers

  • We’re proud to have supported charities chosen by our workers in our local communities, for example – Ben’s Den, Nightingale House, Resource Renew, Mind & Flintshire Food Bank

Our Environment Social & Governance (ESG) Steering Committee

Tom Prestwich

Group Managing Director

Tom joined the Belfield Group in March 2023, initially as Chief Operating Officer, before moving into his current role as Group Managing Director. Having held a range of Board level roles in the manufacturing sector.

Tom is exceptionally people and customer-focused and brings extensive experience in driving business transformation and strategic direction to the Group.

Jon Sharrock

Chief Financial Officer

Jon joined the Belfield Group as CFO in August 2023. With over 20 years’ experience in complex manufacturing businesses across a range of ownership structures, including PE, he has consistently driven profitable growth to enhance shareholder value.

Knowledgeable, passionate and collaborative, Jon builds motivated and effective teams by focussing on the growth of people and implementing best in class systems and reporting.

Paul Myerscough

Group Technical Product Director

Paul is a highly driven results-oriented individual with a proven track record of change management and adding value in a variety of industries. 

Having joined Westbridge in 2014 as Operations Manager. He became Operations Director in 2016 before being appointed Director – General Manager in 2020 and subsequently Managing Director in 2021. 

He has over 20 years of Operational Management experience in the furniture industry.

Anthony Pydiah

Group ESG Director

Anthony worked in the furniture industry for over 20 years, before joining Belfield in 2004, as Senior Quality and Technical Manager. He has a keen personal interest in sustainability and now leads our group ESG strategy

Kayleigh Irwin

Group H&S Director

Kayleigh joined the Belfield Group in June 2021. She has 15 years experience working in Health and safety and 9 years in the manufacturing industry.

Claire Horner

Group HR Director

Claire recently joined the Belfield Group as Group HR Director with overall responsibility for the Human Resources function across the Group.

Claire has over 20 years’ experience in a number of senior HR roles across a range of sectors but predominantly within the manufacturing industry. Claire is passionate about people and brings extensive experience in change management, in championing company culture and developing leaders to deliver a great employee experience aligned with company strategy, vision and values.
