Rachael Nevins
Chief Executive Officer
Rachael has recently joined the Belfield Group as CEO. With over 30 years’ experience in optimising businesses across a broad range of sectors, with PE investment. A passionate and energised leader, Rachael has catapulted business growth and driven transformations by focussing on creating empowered and engaging cultures, delivering client service excellence, adopting innovation technological developments, and delivering best-in-class operations.

Anthony Pydiah
Group ESG Director
Anthony worked in the furniture industry for over 20 years, before joining Belfield in 2004, as Senior Quality and Technical Manager. He has a keen personal interest in sustainability and now leads our group ESG strategy

Kayleigh Irwin
Group H&S Director
Kayleigh joined the Belfield Group in June 2021. She has 15 years experience working in Health and safety and 9 years in the manufacturing industry.

Stuart Masson
Managing Director Tetrad
Stuart Joined Belfield in 2017 from a fast paced manufacturing background. Having worked in manufacturing for over 20 years, he has a keen focus on Employee wellbeing and operational efficiency.
Stuart Pugh
Facilities & Contracts Manager H&L
Stuart joined the business in February 2021. A large part of his working career has been in the upholstery trade, from apprentice upholsterer, through to ERP Team Leader.
John Duff
John joined Tetrad in 2020 having worked for several government agencies in training, curriculum development and safety management roles worldwide. His experience brings an unparalleled ability to educate, upskill and empower teams to vastly improve health and safety measures across the board.
