Gary Lasham
Chief Executive Officer
Gary is a qualified engineer and has spent all his career in British manufacturing, initially in Operations roles, then Sales and for the last 20 years in senior Director and MD roles.

Anthony Pydiah
Group ESG Director
Anthony joined Belfield in 2004, as Senior Quality & Technical Manager at Westbridge Furniture and now heads up our ESG strategy.

Kayleigh Irwin
Group H&S Director
Kayleigh joined the Belfield Group in June 2021. She has 15 years experience working in Health and safety and 9 years in the manufacturing industry.
Stuart Masson
Director & GM Tetrad
Stuart Joined Belfield in 2017 from a fast paced manufacturing background. Having worked in manufacturing for over 20 years, he has a keen focus on Employee wellbeing and operational efficiency.
Mick Marriott
Operations Director H&L
Mick joined the Business in September 2019. He has over 35 Years experience in manufacturing and engineering within a number of different business settings.
Andrew Millington
Operations Manager Clinchplain
Andrew has had a career in the furniture industry, specialising in his knowledge of foam processing. A good team member with a rapport with all internal staff, suppliers and customers alike.
Stuart Pugh
Facilities & Contracts Manager H&L
Stuart joined the business in February 2021. A large part of his working career has been in the upholstery trade, from apprentice upholsterer, through to ERP Team Leader.
