Glenn Timms
Chair
As well as Belfield, Glenn currently serves as Chair of four private equity backed businesses.
Following an MBA and Chartered Accounting business apprenticeship, Glenn spent the first thirteen years of his career in the corporate finance and strategy advisory and consulting world, latterly as a partner with PWC. Thereafter, Glenn worked in two large corporate environments for five years, including as Head of Corporate Finance and Strategy at what is now Diageo, as well as serving as an Operating Partner at a large private equity firm.
More recently, Glenn has served as CEO of five business over nineteen years, leading a number of successful realisations for private equity investors.

Rachael Nevins
Chief Executive Officer
Rachael has recently joined the Bellfield Group as CEO. With over 30 years’ experience in optimising businesses across a broad range of sectors, with PE investment.
A passionate and energised leader, Rachael has catapulted business growth and driven transformations by focussing on creating empowered and engaging cultures, delivering client service excellence, adopting innovation technological developments, and delivering best-in-class operations.

David Meltham
Chief Finance Officer
David is a Chartered Accountant who enjoyed a diverse career within PWC before spending almost 30 years in various Finance Director/CFO roles under both public and private ownership, mainly in manufacturing companies including United Biscuits, Next Dimension and Grampian Country Food Group.
He was Finance Director of The Vita Group from 2011 for seven years before joining Belfield, driving sustained earnings improvement and taking them through several corporate finance, pensions and ownership changes.

Nicola McQuaid
Investment Director, NorthEdge Capital
Nicola joined NorthEdge in 2016 with over 10 years’ experience in M&A.
She spent three years at JLA where she was part of a PE backed management team and led on acquisitions. Nicola was an Assistant Director in PWC Corporate Finance before joining JLA and has advised on a variety of deals, including buyouts, acquisitions and disposals across a range of sectors.

Tracey Bentley
Managing Director – Clinchplain
Tracey became a member of the Belfield team in March 2020, following the acquisition of Clinchplain Ltd. Formerly the Financial Director, then Managing Director of the family run business, Tracey has continued her role as Managing Director with Belfield.

Paul Myerscough
Managing Director – Westbridge Furniture
Paul is a highly driven results-oriented individual with a proven track record of change management and adding value in a variety of industries.
Having joined Westbridge in 2014 as Operations Manager. He became Operations Director in 2016 before being appointed Director – General Manager in 2020 and subsequently Managing Director in 2021.
He has over 20 years of Operational Management experience in the furniture industry.

Stuart Masson
Managing Director – Tetrad
Stuart has 20 years operational management experience across both high volume and bespoke manufacturing facilities in the furniture industry.
Qualified with a Business master’s degree and holding an ISO in Operational Lean Six Sigma Stuart joined Tetrad in 2017 as Operations Director and has led the business transition from family to corporate including the implementation of a full ERP and MES system.
In 2022 he was appointed to the position of Managing Director at Tetrad

Angus Gray
Managing Director – Home & Leisure
Angus is a Mechanical Engineer serving the first 25 years of his career in operational roles within a diverse range of markets including Oil & Gas, Semiconductors, Biotechnology and Automotive.
More recently, he has been a senior director in PE backed SME’s and joined the Belfield Group as Managing Director for the Home and Leisure division in 2022.

Steve Olds
Group Creative Director
Steve joined Westbridge in 2004 following eleven years as design director at several Christie-Tyler subsidiaries, and after graduating from the renowned Ravensbourne School of Design. A leading designer in the upholstery industry, he heads up the creative design process for Belfield Group.

Kayleigh Irwin
Group Health and Safety Director
Kayleigh joined the Belfield Group in June 2021. She has 15 years experience working in Health and safety and 9 years in the manufacturing industry. Before joining us she worked as a Health and Safety Director for Precision Cast Parts who manufacture for the aerospace industry looking after multiple sites in the UK. Kayleigh Became a chartered health and safety practitioner in 2012.

Holly Daniel
HR Manager – Upholstery
Holly joined Westbridge in 2017 with over 10 years’ experience in fast paced manufacturing environments including Jaguar Land Rover. Holly gained CIPD status in 2013 and currently oversees the HR function at Westbridge.

Anthony Pydiah
Group ESG Director
Anthony joined Belfield in 2004, as Senior Quality & Technical Manager at Westbridge Furniture. Prior to that, Anthony worked for 14 years at Christie Tyler, starting in Design and Development and then progressing to various Quality Management roles. Anthony has a BSc FP (Comm.) and heads up the development of our sustainability strategy.

Tracey Stevenson
HR Manager, Belfield Home & Leisure
Tracey joined the Group in 2022 and has over 20 years of HR experience within both retail and manufacturing organisations. Before joining us, Tracey was HR Partner for Boots, partnering the Operations Team and prior to that, she was a Policy Writer for the Co-op Group.
Tracey became CIPD qualified in 2000 and heads up the HR Function within our Ilkeston Site.
